Privacy Policy
Grr Rage Clicker · Last updated: 11 May 2026
Superlative Studios ("we", "us", "our") built Grr Rage Clicker as a free-to-play game with optional in-app purchases and advertising. This policy explains what data is collected, why, and by whom — including third-party SDKs integrated into the app.
1. Data We Collect Directly
We do not operate our own servers or databases. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information.
Your game progress — including rage points, prestige level, streak, owned skins, upgrades, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults and iCloud Key-Value storage. This data is used solely to save and restore your game state.
2. Third-Party Services
The app integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each one may collect data as described below.
Usage Analytics
We use TelemetryDeck to understand how players interact with the game — for example, which features are used, how far players progress, and how long sessions last. TelemetryDeck is designed to be privacy-preserving:
- All identifiers are one-way hashed before leaving your device. TelemetryDeck cannot re-identify individual users.
- No name, email, or advertising identifier is collected.
- No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is required.
- Data is processed in the European Union and is GDPR and CCPA compliant by design.
Events we send include: app open, session start/end, combo milestones, daily ritual completion, upgrade purchases, and streak activity. These events contain only anonymous gameplay values (e.g. "combo reached 50×", "session lasted 3 minutes").

Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Crashlytics (by Google) to automatically detect and report app crashes. When a crash occurs, the following diagnostic information is sent to Google's servers:
- Device model and iOS version
- App version and build number
- Stack trace (code execution path at the time of crash)
- A randomly generated Crashlytics installation UUID (not linked to your Apple ID or personal identity)
Crash data is used only for bug fixing. It is not linked to your identity or used for advertising.

Advertising
Grr Rage Clicker displays ads served by Google AdMob, including rewarded video ads (optional, in exchange for in-game rewards) and other ad formats. AdMob may collect and use the following data to serve ads:
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA): Used to serve personalised ads, if you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, AdMob serves non-personalised ads instead.
- Approximate device location (derived from IP address, not GPS)
- Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
- Ad interaction data (whether an ad was viewed, clicked, or skipped)
You will be shown Apple's ATT permission dialog before personalised ads are enabled. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Apple Services
The app uses the following Apple platform services, each governed by Apple's Privacy Policy:
- App Store / StoreKit: Processes all in-app purchases. Apple handles payment data; we receive only a transaction confirmation and the product ID purchased. We never see your payment card details.
- iCloud Key-Value Storage: Syncs your game save (rage points, streak, settings) across your devices via your iCloud account. This data is end-to-end encrypted and accessible only to you and Apple.
- Game Center: Used for leaderboards and achievements. Your Game Center alias and score may be visible to other players on public leaderboards. You can manage Game Center participation in iOS Settings.
- Sign in with Apple (optional): If you choose to sign in, Apple provides us with only a stable anonymised user identifier. We do not receive your name or Apple ID email unless you explicitly share it.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
Grr Rage Clicker does not:
- Collect your name, email address, or any contact information
- Access your precise GPS location
- Access your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera
- Sell your personal data to any third party
- Use your data for purposes other than operating the game and improving it
- Track you across third-party apps or websites without ATT consent
4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS 14.5 and later, Apple requires apps to ask permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. Grr Rage Clicker will show this prompt before AdMob serves personalised ads. Declining will not affect gameplay — you will simply see non-personalised ads instead.
5. Children's Privacy
Grr Rage Clicker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Local game data (stored in UserDefaults and iCloud) can be deleted at any time by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app also removes all locally stored game progress.
Crash reports retained by Firebase Crashlytics are subject to Google's data retention policies. Anonymous analytics signals sent to TelemetryDeck are aggregated and do not constitute personal data under GDPR.
If you wish to request deletion of any data associated with your use of the app, contact us at [email protected].
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR (EEA/UK), CCPA (California), or other applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Because we collect very little data directly, most data rights requests will relate to our third-party service providers. Contact us and we will assist you.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
The current policy is always available at: bseapps.com/privacy
